How should vacancies be filled? Should existing Board members be able to fill
vacancies between Annual Meetings? If Building representatives should buildng have a role
in this?

How should board members be removed, including officers? (Memebership, Board) with or
without cause? By Majority or 2/3 votes? Any procedures for removal? Removal
for failing to attend 3 consecutive meetings without good cause?
