Board Structure/Steering Committee

1. How is the board selected by Members?
   1. All at large
   2. Building or Floor Reps only
   3. mixture of at-large and building reps
2. Does Membership elect officers (At Annual Meetings) or should the Board Select it's own officers?
3. What Officers? (Chair; Vice-Chair; Treasurer; Secretary; Others)
4. If Building Representatives, how do we want to group the buildings for representation on the board? What are the appropirate ways to cluster the buildings?
5. How many representatives per cluster? Alternates?
6. If Building Representatives, how should they be picked? By residents of that building at the Annual Meeting? Other?
7. How large should the Board be?
