National Alliance of HUD Tenants

A multi-cultural, tenant-controlled alliance of tenant organizations in privately-owned, multifamily HUD-assisted housing. Hundreds of tenant associations representing thousands of tenants in every region of the country are already involved, working together to:

Preserve affordable housing * Protect tenants' rights * Promote tenant ownership and control

    NAHT Voting Reps: $200.00*
    All Other HUD Tenants from NAHT member groups: $225.00
    Associate Members current in dues: $275.00
    All Others: $325.00
    Registration deadline is June 6. After, a $25 late fee applies.

  • Hotel Reservations: Please call 202-842-1300 or 800-424-1140 to make reservations at the Washington Plaza Hotel. Mention the "National Alliance of HUD Tenants" to get these lower rates if you reserve by June 3: Single/Double: $149 + 14.5% tax, Triple: $169 + 14.5% tax, Quadruple $189 + 14.5% tax. The hotel is wheelchair accessible.

    * Partial scholarships are available for NAHT member groups with limited resources through the Boston Affordable Housing Coalition and the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. Priority will be given to first time attendees and to groups in geographically underrepresented areas.  Apply to the NAHT office by May 29 by calling 617-267-9564.
