ARTICLE VI. INDEMNIFICATION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
The corporation shall, to the extent legally permissible by applicable law, including Section 6 of Chapter 180 of the General Laws of Massachusetts, indemnify all persons who may serve or have served as off'cers or members of the Board of Directors or committees.
